Christopher White, MD
psychiatrist

I am a medical doctor who is board-certified in adult psychiatry. I have a passion for providing comprehensive care to individuals facing various mental health conditions. My approach centers around holistic healing, recognizing that mental health is intricately connected to one’s overall well-being. I firmly believe in addressing the unique needs of each patient, taking into account their physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Through attunement and active listening, I strive to create a safe and empathetic space, where patients can openly share their experiences. By fostering a collaborative relationship, we work together to develop personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapies, medication management, and complementary practices.
My ultimate goal is to empower individuals on their journey to optimal mental health, promoting long-lasting healing and a greater sense of balance in their lives.
I have been in practice since 2016. My practice consists of a balance of telepsychiatry sessions along with in person visits.
