James Bartik, BS, QMHA-I
LENS Neurofeedback Technician

Hi, my name is James, and I’ve been working in the field of psychology for many years. Through my training and experience, I’ve come to understand that having support can be a game changer, and I want to help people have that experience. One of the ways I do this is through LENS Neurofeedback, a gentle and effective form of brain training that helps regulate the nervous system.
LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) works by providing the brain with subtle feedback, encouraging it to shift out of patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, brain fog, or other challenges. This process is completely non-invasive and has been used to support people dealing with a variety of concerns, from trauma and mood disorders to cognitive performance and overall well-being.
Many people notice improvements in focus, emotional regulation, and resilience after just a few sessions. If you’re curious about how LENS neurofeedback could support your journey, I’d love to talk more about it!
