Lisa Thai, MS

Marriage and Family Therapist Associate

Lisa Thai Marriage and Family Therapy Couples Financial Therapy Eugene Oregon

Throughout my life, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside others in moments of both joy and pain. What I’ve learned is that true change becomes possible when we feel emotionally safe, deeply understood, and ready to take that step. In a world where belonging and understanding can be hard to find, I strive to create a therapeutic space where both are possible.

Counseling Approach

I approach therapy through a systemic lens, always considering how identity, culture, and larger social systems shape our experiences. My work is grounded in Narrative Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while also drawing from additional modalities as needed to support a client-centered process. I believe everyone’s  journey is unique, and therapy should adapt to meet their needs.
